滝浴、マイナスイオンの外気浴、
薪のアロマルームの温冷交代浴を繰り返した後は、
お散歩、ヨガ、瞑想等、そしてお食事。
特に湧水の滝浴は、ひらめき、
発想、創造性を生み出す前頭葉への刺激、
そして、心と身体を整えるものとしては
これ以上のものは無いと言われています。
滝浴のあとは、
マイナスイオンを全身に浴びながらの外気浴。
オープンテラスで季節の花々の
香りに包まれながらリラックス。
それから季節のハーブと薪の香りが
室内いっぱいに広がるアロマルームでは
心身に負担の少ない温度の中でゆったりと
心と身体を整える贅沢な時間をお過ごしください。

A spring water waterfall bath, aroma wood room, and retreat have started anew in The Keystone Garden
Complete reservations and secure private rentals are available.
Enjoy a spring water waterfall, a fire-wood aroma room, and seasonal vegetable, fish, and meat dishes.
After repeatedly alternating hot and cold in the firewood aroma room, waterfall bath, and negative ion outside air bath, you can take a walk, do yoga, meditate, etc., and then have a meal.
In particular, waterfall bathing with spring water is said to stimulate the frontal lobe, which generates inspiration, ideas, and creativity, and is said to be the best way to condition the mind and body.
After the waterfall bath, take a bath in the open air while bathing your whole body in vegetive ions.
Relax on the open terrace surrounded by the scent of seasonal flowers.
Then, in the aroma room, where the scent of seasonal herbs and firewood fills the room, please spend a luxurious time relaxing and rejuvenating your mind and body at a temperature that is gentle on your mind and body.
Once your mind and body are in order, you will be able to meet your true self.

ご利用前に施設説明等の簡単なオリエンテーションを行います。
ご利用定員 最大6～7名 貸切時間 約120分
(グループの方は応相談)
滝浴、お食事の後は、敷地内、若しくは近隣の散策コースでもお過ごし頂けます。
・貸出し用品(無償) タオル、バスローブ、スリッパ
・ご用意して頂く物 水着、ラッシュガード等の
濡れても良い衣類をご用意ください。
Please note that it is not possible to use only the waterfall bath.
Before using the facility, you will receive a brief orientation including an explanation of the facilities.
Maximum usage capacity: 6 to 7 people
Private time: approximately 120 minutes
(negotiable for group)
After waterfall bathing and meal, you can spend time on the premises or on a nearby walking course.
● Rental items (free of charge) / towels, bathrobes, slippers
● Required items / please bring clothing that you don`t mind getting wet, such as swimwear and rash guards.
